INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 4 tablespoons meat sauce
  • 6 mini sausages
  • Shredded cheese
  • Hamburger:
  • 150 grams ground beef
  • 1/8 onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 egg, beaten
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Ketchup
  • Parsley

  • METHOD:

Flatten puff pastry and using a round mold , cut out two circles.
You can also use a regular plate as a mold.
Do the same with the second sheet of pastry to make two circles.

Make slits in the center of one sheet and place on top of the other pastry sheet.

Spread meat sauce around the perimeter of the puff pastry.
Arrange the mini sausages around and top with shredded cheese.

Bring the cut out strips of pastry towards the outside and press the pastry dough together, creating a zigzag pattern.

Combine ground beef, onion, panko, milk, 1/2 beaten egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a bowl and mix well.
Transfer this mixture to the center of the pastry and flatten.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 220 degrees C or until the meat is done.

Serve with ketchup and chopped parsley.
